    Yes, I DEF. think you should be eating a bit more. (I hope your glasses of milk are BIG and I don't usually give that advice LOL!!) But, if you're afraid to deviate from the IG-style foods, I don't think I can suggest anything because you prob. won't want to eat it. Just know that I do not believe you need to eat anywhere near this restricted a diet to sway pink and you can relax and eat more if you want.

    Can you find matzo there? They are a low-sodium, low protein cracker bread and they're a good and quick way to round out some of these meals.

    I TOTALLY think it's ok to eat tomato sauce on your pasta. Try to find a low-sodium version or make your own.

    There is nothing magic about the 81 mg dosage, feel free to break the 100 mg tab in half and take 50 mg a day. That's fine and will still sway pink.

    Aspirin and cran BOTH sway pink by lowering pH. I happen to prefer aspirin to cran because cran has additional nutrients that your body does not need and they both seem to work equally well. Also cran gave me absolultely wicked headaches even at a lowish dosage.

    Aspirin also has the nice bonus of possibly helping to prevent m/c by making it easier for the fertilized egg to implant in the uterus.

    You're absolutely correct, it doesn't say "baby aspirin" here in the US either and I prob. should get out of the habit of calling it that but I don't want people to get mixed up and buy higher dosages because you only need just one tiny tab a day, or even every couple of days. Too much aspirin over weeks can cause bleeding (as can cran.)

    Apologies if this has been asked/answered already-

    Do you need to take less than the "normal swaying amt." of aspirin if you are nursing (a 16 month old)? I didn't realize cranberry was not OK for nursing- but once I found out I stopped taking it after only 1 week-but it looks like aspirin is OK...
