    Seriously ladies can we get a BFP from one of you soon, I'm dying for some good news ☺ 8 dpo over here and eating way too many pretzels. Freaking starving all the time so probably means I'm out and AF is coming.

    Ditto bluebonnet! I'm 8dpo and so freaking hungry! Days are dragging majorly at the mo! Part of me won't be too upset if I see bfn this month as I've got a hen party, birthday party, wedding and works party all within 4 weeks of one another, all tricky when you're trying to conceal a pregnancy!

    popple - I'm going to a wedding (in Europe!) this month as well so if I get BFN/AF this month, at least I can drink and enjoy myself and not have to try to stress about whether to tell everyone or not. It's a tiny wedding (4 days long filled with tons of drinking) so will be nearly impossible to conceal.

    The 2nd week of the 2WW is the worst for me. I feel guilty about drinking (because I might be pregnant) so I usually give that up and then I can't have my meat and yummy food like I want (beause I might NOT be pregnant) so I feel like I'm depriving myself of all of these things "just in case". Rice and diet coke just aren't the same as steak or wine I'm trying to wait to test but it's tough when you are swaying because I want to know NOW if I can eat meat and breakfast again!

    I'm only 4dpo and it's going soooo slowly. Totally agree wth you bluebonnet it's not the same at all!

    Bluebonnet- I hear you on wanting to be pregnant and just stuff my face. I am kind of enjoying not eating most meats, but I really miss peanuts and sometimes seafood!

    Livethe3- What are your OPKs up to now? I had a much darker one this morning. Not positive yet, but it is looking pretty close. I was hoping to ovulate on CD 17-18 like you, but it looks like I may end up O'ing on CD 14ish if I get a positive later today!

    Poppie- I get soo ridiculously hungry after I O. I could eat everything in the house. LE makes the 2ww so much more difficult!

    Lya- How long do you plan on waiting for you test? I swear time slows wayyyy down in the 2ww!!

    I'm trying not to test until at least 10dpo but I expect I'll cave sooner in the vague hope! I wish the weather would buck up so I can take the kids for days out as they're home for summer. Days out make the days go quicker

    So sorry to crash your thread, I was trying to figure out how to start one and I couldn't and since I'm hoping to ttc a girl in a few weeks I thought maybe it would be ok to ask my questions here.

    I had no idea there were so many ideas around gender swaying. I have a 9 month old son and recently started googling 'how to have a girl' just for fun mostly, but clearly there is something to this! I'd found a diet and bunch of ideas last week and start the mag, cal and cran and eating lots of milk, yogourt, cucumber, raspberries, etc. and bought a salt rock and lavender and ordered a rephresh kit and then after reading something that said NOT to take the supplements I stumbled upon this site and realized that everything I was going to try was possibly wrong! :S I stayed up late last night reading a bunch of articles on here and developed a new plan but I'm a little stressed now because I feel like I don't have a clue and I'm hoping to try in about 3 1/2 weeks!!

    After last nights reading here is what I'm thinking:

    *switched to the LE diet (am trying at least, I usually eat pretty healthy and find it hard to find things to eat, also I'm not sure the limits for each?)
    *stopped the supplements (except Folic Acid), wondering if husband should take them since I have them? Could it help?
    *am thinking continue with the plan to have husband use LC after AF (hopefully this weekend)
    *will use antihistamines an hour before (just haven't figured out if husband should too, or just me)
    *do one attempt 3 days before estimated O (just because we won't be together any closer, hopefully I don't O late!)
    *7 day abs maybe? (not 100% sure on that part yet)
    *I had ordered the rephresh kit that is supposed to keep PH balanced for 3 days, I know I read PH doesn't seem to matter so I don't know what to do, might just use it the night before we try since I'll have it?
    *Hopefully we'll both have time for a hot bath before attempt
    *Since it is so close I'm afraid to try to start cardio in case I don't end up doing enough and swaying boy. . but afraid maybe I should, is 50minX4 days/week the min?

    Anyone have any thoughts??

    ndeveau - might I ask how old you are (and DH?)? That would change my advice on many of the things. Also what is LC? Do you mean LR?

    Ndeveau - I think if you're doing the exercise route it should be high cardio rather than toning, although not sure?

    I'm 6DPO today and feel like I want to rip someone's head off. I'm so snappy and feel so heavy. Wonder if af is on her way DH and I bd last night and (sorry tmi) but it kind of hurt my tummy like when you've really worked your tummy muscles except I've done no exercise
