Atomic recently told me EPO sways blue taken from AF - O? Is there a certain amount of EPO we should take then for boy vs girl sway?

Also business, a few people on here have said they had a fair bit of dairy (milk and cheese etc) for their blue sway? I'm just worried if I have dairy, I'll sway pink and then if I cut dairy I'll still sway pink.

Most of the successful sways have had diaries , full fat , when I swayed for DS1 I preferred to stay away of anything that contain calcium , like literary 0 , but this time Im using prenatal that has calcium in it , so I decided to raise my calcium intake , ( afraid that little calcium may sway pink) just to be in the safe side .

Atomic said that if the epo is more than the fish oil may sway pink
But it increase the EWCM so it's sway blue
