Thank you Sora and TP!
That means I'm doing good yay!I have nuts, dried fruit (dates, apricot, figs, raisins) and 2x meat daily. I really feel my diet is ok, just hope to get little more exercise in.

I'm sure you're okay too !
Not happy with myself, these past few days have been a bit chaotic and I had trouble having a good breakfast and enough servings of fruits. I tried to graze through the day but couldn't get my hands on much proteins except for the meatI only have one month left, this is no good time to throw the towel
Edit : And OPK+ is here as planned. Only one month left for sure now
Question : did any of you notice changes in your body/cycle with the diet and sway ? I've been feeling strangely happy for a little more than 3 weeks now even though I've had a horrible year. Last AF was surprisingly not painful (didn't know it was possible). And my skin is different too, less pale... I hope it means things are going to be okayLast edited by Sora; June 28th, 2018 at 09:06 AM.

I've been drinking a lot of lemon water, eating a ton, drinking green tea 🍵 which a lot of people find gross but I like it 😋

hope you have some good BD now lol
I'm having CD1 todayso...it's on!!
You'll be fine. Don't throw the towel! Everyone here has days where we're not eating 100% HE stuff. I had this concern too but I think "natural" boy moms were not doing things and eating the same every day. Only us swaying moms try to do such thing lol. Don't worry! Stay as happy as you are now since you started the diet
This is our time! We can do this!team blue woohoo!!

On CD 2 here:/ really trying hard to stick to the diet. Eating meat is so difficult for me. I’m not vegetarian by any means, but I would never eat meat everyday.
I think my mom was right, that I have a dairy allergy. I never was fully sure if she was correct but I didn’t care because I was an almond milk, soy creamer junkie until HE diet when I switched to whole milk, yogurt and cheese. I have a terrible rash now on my hands, mostly my middle and ring fingers (so weird, right?). But we are going to ttc this cycle so I’m trying to stick with it. With both my girls I was drinking almond/rice/soy milk and no dairy at all except for a very occasional slice of cheese.

Baby, is the weather warm at your place right now ? I've had a similar rash ten years ago, thought it was because of soy, turns out it was urticaria caused by summer heat and worsened by how much frictions our hands go through without us even noticing. If so you just have to relax as much as you can (stress worsens it) and wet your hands with fresh water as much as you can. Could also be a perfume or some hand-cream you use maybe ? It never goes well with sun and perspiration.
Just saying cause I think that if it was dairy related, the rash would have spread to other parts of your body by now and you would feel sick while digesting...
But if it IS allergic in nature, milk is the worst offender so staying on cheese only should do the trick and you would still have your sway. Most boys' moms I know hate milk anyway and just do the occasional cheese/yoghurt. Also, I've seen more boys than girls with vegans so everything is possible.
Aira : Thanks for your words ! Yes we can do it but I'm so worried ! Plus husband just came down with a fever today, WHY ?????
It may seem harsh but sometimes, I'm afraid I will do everything right and still fail in the end because of things outside my control, like DH or the weather ! The universe doesn't seem to want to give me that baby boy !2014 ------- surprise

Hmm..it makes sense if it were milk it would’ve spread, but it’s not that warm where I live (Pacific NW). It’s in the mid 70s (21-26C). And nothing else has changed lotion, soap, etc. I googled urticaria on hands, which led me to stress urticaria on hands and yes! Oh my gosh, that’s exactly what it looks like. I don’t feel particularly stressed out, but I guess I am:/
Maybe the impending ttc is stressing me out. I found out last week my sisters husband had a vasectomy (they have two girls also) so if I don’t have a baby boy, my dad won’t have had a grandson (no son either). Of course I want a baby boy for myself also but my dad would just be over the moon. As I’m 38 now, this is my last baby, so I’m really hoping for blue this time.

That must be urticaria then Baby, for sure ! Mine also started around these temps (23-27C). It's warm enough really and stress do make your body warmer by accelerating your pulse (despite the cold feeling you get sometimes when in fear). Well no worry about it then, that thing comes and goes when it pleases but it's not dangerous. Don't take meds for it, it doesn't help much... Best thing to do is to just take it in strides really, not think too much about it. It worsens only if you start worrying about having it appear at all times, it's a vicious cycle. If it surges, you just go and wash your hands with cold water as much times as you need to for it to recede. Do think of it as some kind of dust you got on your fingers that will eventually disappear on its own (that's what it does). The less you will notice it, the more it will forget about you and go away. That's what I did and after a few months, it stopped completely. It only came back recently cause of a huge stress too. Washed it, no new signs since.
Hang on there
I totally get you about the whole last chance and blue and getting a son not only for you but for family members too. I'm the oldest child so I'm the only one as of now to have children. But I'm not sure we can afford more than three children and although I'm only 32, time flows fast and I fear I will be too old later, especially since the oldest you get, the less chances for swaying blue or so I heard. I now it's no magical switch either...
DH is from an all-boy family so they were elated by our two girls really, but still, I fear one day, DH will look at his friends who all have little guys and start wondering why I couldn't give him one. On my side, there are only purple families(boy/girl) and it was so easy for them it sometimes makes me feel like a failure, like I can't even have both just by TTC when I feel like and be done with it... Don't know if you get my ramblings

long time no see
I'm on CD5 now! time went by so fast! I'm having a hard time with the diet lately because I have to force myself to eat when I'm not hungry and forget the snacks and the exercise
but I'm motivated to attempt this month. only one more week to go!
I had a hormone and physical checkup at my ob-gyn and the results were quite a bummer. My testosterone level is as low as can be, he found a myoma (how do you even write this?) and of course my AMH of zero-point-nothing with FSH of 12. So I was a little demoralized about being pregnant soon...not to talk about even swaying blue. But all gone now, I can never know if I'm not trying, right?
Sooo.... what about you ladies?
baby, is your rash gone? will you attempt this cycle? did you start the OPKs already?
sora, hows your husband? how is your diet going?
tkelly, any news? hows your 2ww?(thank you atomic!)
