I just booked a gender scan for April 5th!! I can't believe I'll know in less than 3 weeks! Of course, I'll probably be so nervous going into it I'll feel like throwing up, but if I find out, it will make for the best Easter weekend EVER. I'll be en route to my Mom's house when I get the scan (we have to drive a while to get there, but luckily it's on the way), so I'll be able to announce the gender to my family...or not if I hear boy and need some time to process the news. I won't tell anyone I'm going, except maybe my Mom. At least a weekend away immediately afterwards will be a good distraction if I don't hear the news I want to hear....

Omg mocha!!! I'm nervous for you..this is soooo exciting! I literally feel physically anxious for you! Praying for pink

Thanks, Begonia. I'm a bit of a basket case as I wait for the scan, but at least I'll know what's what in a couple of weeks and I can start to adjust to life as a mom of 4 boys if need be.

A good friend from my IG days just messaged me to say that she showed my picture to a nub-obsessed u/s tech friend of hers. Her verdict was that this nub is "definitely pink". I hope she's right! I'm still scared to even hope, and time seems to be crawling by....
