I mean that on one side of the test line, it's as dark as the control, and the other side is lighter, so I'm interpreting that as an 'almost' but it's been like that for 2.5 days, so I'm wondering if that was my + and I just missed it! Does anyone have the test line actually be darker than the control line??

Yes, when mine are truly +, the test line is way darker. It has to be just AS dark as the test line, though....I've had mine be as dark as the line at like noon, and then darker at 4-6pm. It is confusing, but just go with the first test that is truly AS DARK AS the control line.

Just add some and see what happens. That's why it is good to give it a few months to experiement before you ttc. And you know what, I truly don't have a problem taking whatever I feel I should and just tracking O with a big load of opks...it's just now that it's old hat, I don't stress about it much anymore. I figure I will O anytime between CD11-18, as my history has shown. But, I also don't worry about the timing with DH and all, because that, plus tracking O, was a nightmare for a while. I was convinced that only the clairvoyant or wizards could do this swaying thing the right way.

Thanks, ILuv....I wish I wasn't such a long timer, but hey....I've been doing this for a while so I hope my laid back attitude about it doesn't offend anyone....I just have seen enough successes and failures from all sorts of sways that I really think it is just a crapshoot, but it all makes us feel like we are doing something to up our blue odds, and that's better than nothing. But there have been a ton of successful sways lately! And really, no sweet healthy baby is ever a failure. I just want one of those. I'd even take an androgynous Storm baby at this point. LOL

Hmm...ok I hope that's the case for me, too. Is it normal to test 'almost' for 2.5 days, and does it switch over pretty quickly after that? I am just soo afraid with my temp increasing this morning, that we missed it last night. But my body has been moving at turtle speed this month. I quit the mucinex bc we have been frequent BDing this month (like every other day) in hopes that will work in our favor, and of course we didn't the last two nights, and I get a temp rise today! I'm afraid if I keep taking the Mucinex that I will m/c because of it but all that to say I have almost no CM so it's hard to know if it's even switched. How do you ladies test with OPK's and drink 60 oz water? I wait 2 hours after drinking anything to test and my pee is still only nearly yellow!

Well, I usually have a few days of "fade-ins", like almost positive for at least 2 of those days, then all of the sudden, it is way positive. And occasionally, it gets LESS positive before it actually turns +. Like, 75% one day, then 75% the next day, then 50% the 3rd, them bam, 100% positive. I just test a lot, and I try not to drink too much, but I don't not drink anything, just try not to say, chug or anything.
