AF showed up this morning so I'm really out. Going to call my doctor today to see what next step is going to be - it sounds like low progesterone can be an easy fix, but is a common reason for m/c. So now I feel like I'll not be able to really be excited with a bfp but will worry. Hopefully though I'll get on some supplements before I even get a BFP.

Hopefully I'll be able to jump back on in a few weeks! Going to take a bit of a break, but I'll let you guys know the plan of action. Good luck!! [emoji7][emoji8]

Momamia - Great news about your RE appointment and so glad to hear your hubby is on board with TTC

True - No doubt about it, you are pregnant! Hope that bean is a sticky blue one!

Keep us posted on what your doctor says Taytum. Try not to worry, I know plenty of women who took progesterone and ended up with healthy pregnancies.

hitme - I've heard of some people having good luck with B6. I took it years ago to try to lengthen my LP and it really screwed up my cycles. Late ovulation and long cycles (one was 53 days) and it only extended my LP by one day. If you decide to go for it, I would start with a small amount.

So ladies, I have this really strange symptom the last few days. I have this sharp, ripping pain in my lower left abdomen. It's not constant but if I move too quickly or strain the area (especially when lifting DS but it happens even when I cough), it feels almost like a pulled uterus muscle. I'm guessing its not a sign of pregnancy, as it started at 5 DPO. Has anyone experienced this before? A friend thought it might be a cyst.

Hmm, it sounds A LOT like round ligament pain.. A LOT... but starting at 5 DPO I just don't know. Have you done anything that could have pulled a muscle or do you tend to get cysts?

Two - I thought of round ligament pain but I know at 5 DPO, implantation wouldn't have even happened yet, so I'm with you that I just don't think its the case. I don't think I've done anything to pull a muscle but with a VERY busy toddler who constantly wants to be picked up by his mama, its possible I suppose. I know that I had several small cysts when I became pregnant with my DS but I never had any pain from them. I just hope if it's a cyst, it doesn't mean anything bad for my fertility...

I had two positives this month too... AND I used rephresh after attempt (tiny bit.) I did what I said I wouldn't do and used a cheapie test this morning at 10dpo BFN. I'm trying not to get discouraged but I was really taking every little symptom as a sign lol. Ugh. I wonder when I actually ovulated... Maybe not even until after the second positive OPK.
I've been sick with a cold for a week so I haven't done any cardio... So now I'm feeling bad about my next sway month. Ugh.

YayBaby- that maybe it's just an exaggerated implantation thing... I honestly don't know, though. I have PCOS so I do get cysts but not when cycling regularly, for the most part. For me, they kinda cramp like bad O pains then when they rupture it's horrible... like ER level pain (but I don't go because I know what is going on and all they will do is rack up thousands in pricey tests then give me a pain killer). Never had them get worse from coughing or anything though.. they pretty much hurt the same no matter what I do.

Lauren- for you! 10 DPO is still early.. esp if you aren't 100% on when you O'd.

I am starting to question my O Yeah, I had a shift, but it's a pretty lousy one and BARELY over my CL. I STILL have EWCM and I am supposed to be 3 DPO and my cervix is still partially open. Usually after O my cervix slams shut like a bear trap. I can't test (OPK) just in case because my tests haven't arrived yet and the ones DH bought are gone. Plus DH and I DTD last night (today would have been the day were were supposed to if running on schedule) thinking I was positive I had O'd and now I'm not so sure. Maybe it's just a side effect of the clomid... but I am just not sure anymore.

Two - Thanks, hopefully it is related to implantation! It's definitely not the kind of pain where I would need to go to the ER but it's just enough to be annoying. Based on your chart it definitely looks like you O'd but that is awfully strange that your still having fertile symptoms. I have had EWCM after O though, but usually it doesn't go past 1 DPO. At least you're not too far off from the point you can get in touch with your doctor again. Hopefully you get your BFP before that though!

Two look at my chart, my temp shift is very small too. I won't lie and say it doesn't worry me but it's similar to yours.
