Well I was looking good until I started this HE diet. Naturally I have put the weight on around my bum and stomach. I've decided to start doing some cardio to get rid of the fat but I'm still going to ear the same amount of calories. Hopefully that will just make me shed the fat but keep the muscle I've put on.

So, ladies AF arrived today. I figured I usually have a 29 day cycle but this time it was 31 days. Could it be because of the supplements? I took EPO, flaxseed oil and folic acid from AF to O.

It seems that alot of blue swayers have their LP lengthened so maybe it is something to do with the supps.

My last cycle before conceiving was longer than usual, too. I wondered if maybe I O'ed later than I thought? I didn't have a chemical or anything because I never got a positive test. I was taking EPO the whole month.
