BSN at 10dpo

My pg test says only 53% accurate at 10 days, so maybe I should not give up hope and try again at 12 but I am really not feeling pg today. I think maybe I ate something bad the day before yesterday so I felt a bit sick. If not pg I really stuffed up the diet this month so I will have to wait till Oct to try again oh well it might be better then less stress.

10dpo is still super early!

Just popping in quick to say I had another appt and u/s today. Things look great, I have a fully formed fetus with a strorng heartbeat. She did say that my placenta was high on the left. I've decided I'm not going to care about that, I will not get myself worked up over a theory. Anyway I have another appt next week(13wks) and then again 3 weeks after that (16wks). Hopefully by then I'll be more relaxed and confident.

Wow, y'all have been hopping today! Yay for everybody having good doctor's appointments. Layla, that's still way early, you are sooo not out, fx.

Af was due today and she is a no show. Tests are still bfn and I almost feel like I'm ovulating--cm is up, sex drive is up....I'm wondering if maybe I was so stressed the week of O that I actually stressed myself out of O'ing and now it's delayed. Of course, I haven't been doing my supplements and bsd and all that because I thought I was in the 2ww...so now I don't really know what to do. Hopefully af will just show on up in the next couple of days and I can get this show on the road.

Kris your hcg levels sound great as well. With hcg levels it is how they grow that is most important rather than what they actually are. I agree with begonia how brave are you to get pg the way you did. I am scared to even contemplate what you did. You are one tough woman. GL to you. Just curious did you tell your dr how you got pg and what did they say?

Tink you are so funny, your stories are hillarious. I am also doing the caveman style diet and have put on a bit of weight but not too much I hope. I stopped weighing myslef as it is just too scary and go by how clothes fit me.

I am also feeling a bit of heartburn. You knwo how you guys were talking about feeling different for your girl and boy pregnancies. I did get heartburn with both my girls, but I did not feel sick much with DD1. I did at the very beginning but then I was ok. With dd2 I was soooo sick until week 21 at least. I could not eat anything without hurling it was awful. I thought she might be a boy because of that but she obviously is not. The only time I felt not much heartburn and not sick at all was with my 2 m/c. I just knew something was wrong. So if I am pg now I hope to start felling sick and a lot of heartburn very soon, otherwise I will not stop worrying until week 12 at least.

It wasn't scary at all, i just knew it would be a way to increase my chances by a lot and it was well worth it!
Yep i did tell my Dr, well Obstetrician and she said it was a great idea and we basically just did IUI. I said no not quite, it was ICI as you can't put unwashed sperm into the uterus. She was very happy for us, gave me a big kiss on each cheek too. She's the sweetest Dr i've ever known so i'm glad she'll be the one helping me through this pregnancy

I am doing preseed with a big bsf about an hour before. I was thinking ew, but now I just think it's a hassle, and as Begonia reminded me, i didn't have much luck with them last year.

Be careful with the big bsf, too much and you'll be burning!! I made that mistake lol

I am on CD10.. Can someone tell me what to do the week of O?

Last 2 cycles I missed O by 1,2 days

I had my 1st appointment this am and it went perfectly (no twins, PHEW!); had a dating scan and my O date lines up perfectly with the dating on the scan, how crazy is that? Anyhow got to see the little nugget heartbeat and all looks good in there. Have my 12 week scan scheduled for 8/25.

The appt left me a little rattled though ... I think the reality of it all just hit me. And I remembered last time I was on the u/s table and learned I was having DD2, and that was a REALLY hard time for me, so I think it brought some of those feelings back. I am definitely NOT going to find out this time around and part of me is thinking I don't even want to nubsess, because if it is another girl I really will be MUCH better off waiting til birth... I'm not sure I would do well if all my nub guesses say girl, because even though it's just a guess, some of those nubs are pretty clear I think.

So we shall see ... for now I just keep staring at the u/s picture ... I can't believe we are REALLY having another baby

Though I am looking forward to using this super cute smilie ...

Begonia, I'm so glad u/s went excellent! It's so emotional when you hear your baby's heart beat isn't it? Hope it's you're cookin' in there!!!! FX!!!!

I totally understand cold feet about the reality of having another baby LOL! Sometimes I wonder what's wrong with me trying so hard to get another one and complicate my life when I already have 2 perfect babies if that makes sense.

You've got me with looking forward to use 'mommie with 3 kids' smilie.....I thought I was the only one planning things like that Do I need to say I've chosen my pregnancy ticker like 3 months ago and can't wait to use it

About my timing: I didn't take OPKs with me bcos I'm trying not to obsess as usual we are having a great time and BD every other day since CD5 and it is all DH's initiative which is amazing. We BDd yesterday and today this haven't happened for quite a while and i'm having more sex on the holiday then on the all 11 months put together. Sad, but true

I hope we will continue with this tempo until Aug 2, that would be CD14 and I never O after CD14. On Aug 4th we are leaving Greece bo-hoo and we will spend few days in Macedonia at DH's aunt.

I agree with Lola, make pregnancy ticker so we can know how far along are you, I keep forgetting you'll see what it's like when you're my age LOL!

Try BDing every other day starting from today
1 or 2 pages before, Lola wrote that looking on boy FF charts she noticed 75% were conceived with BDing EVERY day through O, so if your DH is OK with that, I would go with that plan

So you think too I should sign her up for classical ballet? Those classes she is attending now are more for fun, they are warming up by chasing each other through the room - go figure!

I didn't know about brain connections between dancing and math/science but it totally makes sense! Your girls are truly blessed they were introduced to the dancing practically as babies. And yes, when I think about it , it is goal oriented activity. I remember one sentence ( but I forgot the author of course ) it goes something like:

There aren't many shortcuts to happiness, but dancing is surely one of them
