You are right. I most likely did ovulate on Friday like I thought. And even if it was Saturday like ff says, one more attempt Saturday morning would have just gotten lost up there with all the swimmers that were already hanging out, and by Sunday morning it would have already been fertilized.
I just wish that o had not sneaked up on me like it did, I am happy with our bd-ing, but I wish I could have been a bit stricter on the diet through o. Not that I was bad, still roughly 1100-1200 calories, under 25 grams fat, 40 grams protein or under, & only eating 2x a day since af -- I just wanted to be a little more strict. I think I am just being really hard on myself. Its like once you get the bfp you can't go back and you question everything you did and was it enough?
If only I didn't want her so badly this would be so much easier.
I thought high tech was emotional and hard, ttc naturally is not too far behind. The 2ww is still just as brutal, only with knowing that you always have next month where as with ht its just over.Last edited by prayforprincess; February 24th, 2012 at 12:26 PM.

I feel like no matter what we do we find something that we could have done a bit different. I'm totally regretting the rephresh action this morning. I cannot bear the idea of having to do this again!! The diet being the worst part.
Regarding your diet in the 2 WW, At that many calories you are still be totally strict. And once its fertilized the gender deal is sealed! and there's no way that a bit looser in cals or any other area is not gonna let the bean implant. Our species would have died out a long time ago!Cycle#1 Jan/Feb 2013: 10 eggs retrieved, 8 mature, 8 fertilized. 1 expanded blast frozen to batch.

pfp - atomic has said several times that there's no need to restrict your diet even more around O. I think you had a great sway and should have no regrets.

hope - I'm sorry you're regretting the rephresh. I had many cycles where I did the same thing - used a bunch of rephresh then immediately regretted it. Remember that lots of women get pregnant even though they use a full tube of rephresh on the same day as O, and some even use some afterwards too. I'm sending you some baby dust!

Thanks Mocha because I am REALLY REALLY regretting it right now. This is when the bding is counting and I just put up a road block. Wishing I can undue it, and if I release a second egg I decreased the chance of getting it S%#T!!

Well I just took a digital and a cheapie HPT to make sure the injection took: got my smiley and got my positive HPT. Hooray!! Means the injection should be working. I am really mad mad mad

I think your attempt tomorrow will be totally fine. Many people rephresh the day before and get pregnant. Especially if you bd tonight. That will totally wash some away. When you bd tonight have your dh release deep inside you, that way the sperm still get up there and don't have to go thru much/if any of the rephresh. And then tomorrow do your thing. It will be fine. Like I said, if you have worries then have him release deep up there.
