Thank you 😊 so sorry, one more question - my nausea has got worse and worse; it’s now an all day thing & it’s hard to eat properly or do much! Just wondering if this could possibly be caused by the high doses of folate / anything else in my supplements?! Might just be me being paranoid but I thought it worth asking what you thought may help xxx

Anything is possible, but it's also possible that it has nothing to do with your supplements and is simply pregnancy!! I had all day nausea with several of my pregnancies and wasn't taking any of that, and then two of my other pregnancies I didn't. No rhyme or reason. If you're concerned you can wean off them but then that creates the possibility for other issues of course.

Thanks for the reply - yes you’re right. I’ll keep taking them, just a struggle to keep things down at the moment even bread and water is a challenge! It’s just horrible…

Out of interest, did you have worse nausea with your boys or girl?! I’m sure there’s no real connection though… xx

There's no connection. I had very little nausea with my girl and my second boy. The other three (all boys) I had terrible nausea with them! I've talked to thousands of people by now about this with results all over the map, it's just not at all reliable.

So, nausea explained today… apparently it’s twins 🙈 this isn’t what I imagined at all, I’m shocked and really terrified. I don’t know if our family can really support two more. My partner is also very unhappy about it. Oh God, what to do? 😔 xx

Oh gosh, well, congratulations, I hope it works itself out soon! There are lots of emotions when we hear "twins" that's for sure! Please let me know if I can help in any way.
