So does it mean we loose more weight while BF a boy? Since the body make more fatty milk? just wondering...
I only have girls and never loose any weigh until I stop BF.
But it also says boys grow faster then girls and that is is so not true for my babys .All my girls grow faster and have to wear bigger clothes then they suppose to. Everyone was guessing all my girls older all the time.
I never lost any weight until I stopped breastfeeding (or at least made it to 6-9 months after birth, anyway)
My boys always grew superfast too. I think these are just observations for the public at large and may not be true for every individual.
I've got access to that journal, I've attached the pdf, I hope it worked because that's the first time I've tried that.
Is it OK to post it up? I tried to pm it but I couldn't attach it to a pm. I'll delete it if it isn't, some other forums I go on are very strict about copyright etc
Here's the study the nature article references
ooo thanks! I'm not sure if it's ok or not, we'll have to ask NBP and she's away for the weekend. Let's leave it up for now and everyone can have a quick read if we do end up having to take it down. Thanks so much!!!
Very interesting!

All you can do, is what you can do! Kudos to you for sticking with BF as long as you were able to!
