Not enough pink swayers took soy - most of them are scared off by its status as a traditional boy sway supp.

But I keep coming back to vegetarians and vegans having way more girls, KWIM??

Yes, I've become very well aquainted with the veggie aisles in the supermarket (which are ridiculously small with very limited options I now know!) and it's pretty difficult to avoid soy!

I think I read once that you think Quorn sways blue. Did I remember right?

I had a Quorn ready-meal as a 'treat' tonight. I had a meatballs and spaghetti ready meal and while it was pretty high in protein (around 18g) I hardly ate any for the rest of the day so that was fine. It was also quite high in sodium (400mg) but, again, do-able with everything else I ate today. Unless there's an aspect of it which means I should avoid it like the plague, it makes a nice change to have every now and again in place of meat (the rest of the family had Shepherd's Pie and I chewed sugar free gum the whole time I was cooking - a good diversion tactic!).

Oh I'm sorry, I read this last week and got interrupted before I could reply.

Quorn is high in protein and sodium but as long as you're not going over your totals for the day (reminder - shoot for 40-50 g protein, 1500-1800 cals, 700-1000 mg sodium)

Oh is that why soy delayed my last cycle because my testosterone was too high ? or was it causing an estrogen imbalance?.
I have PCOS and high testosterone I already ovulate fine naturally but whenever I take anything to try and super ovulate it delays it and seems to mess it up.
