Since the m/c and getting healthier, I may as well incorporate blue sways into my life (cuz knowing MY luck, I'll get preggers naturally again with twin GIRLS!!!)

I've got a ton to work on with raising levels, trying to increase egg quality, and now adding in several of the sway techniques, but I see very little mentioned on what to put hubby through, I mean, what hubby can do to help on his end. I did see that last cycle maca root seemed to give us mostly all boys, but none were good (obviously).

I will chime in that smoking (and not cigarettes) kills off boys and gives girls (confirmed by my dr.) so there must be methods for hubby to be doing to increase boys and kill off the girls before they leave the station.

I don't mean to be naive...but do you mean that smoking pot kills off boys but smoking cigarettes doesn't? Just wondering, my hubby has always been a smoker (of both!) but he seemed to be smoking an extra amount of cigarettes when we got PG with DD1.
That's a good question though...on IG they list a pile of supplements that DH can take for TTC girl, but I haven't seen anything like that for LE/HE.

It's not that it "kills off" boys but BOTH smoking reg. cigarettes AND "special" cigs lowers sperm count and quality, and lower sperm count and quality = more girls conceived for reasons we don't totally understand.

No, not at all, I beat myself up about it all the time!!! I want everything to be perfect and for everyone to get their DG and I get bummed when I feel like I'm letting people down.

Yeah, hubby stopped his "special cigs" 4 years ago when I freaked out about trying again and getting 2 girls. That and his job wouldn't allow for it so I was super happy!!! I'm totally against it and he knows it! Now if he even asks to for "special occasions" (I.E. his friends are around) I inform him, sure, go ahead, but know this, I WILL use donor sperm when I cycle again and that puts an end to the conversation right then and there! Yes, I'm a wicked control freak, but this means more to me than anything else! I had read that it killed off boys in the book about how to pick the sex of your child (which seems so outdated these days!!!) and I asked my ob and she confirmed it. Either way, I'm against it, he knows it, and I have to keep reminding him that I'm doing my part to make sure we don't miscarry again or have another girl, it won't kill him to do the same. Mostly he's on board, but with him being home, he wants to go out for lunch and is whining about trying new foods and the amount of supplements I keep adding to him

We both quit smoking cigarettes over 5 years ago and I'm sorry I ever started.
