no real exercise with dd1 or dd2, but i never ate breakfast and would only have a piece of fruit and granola before lunch at 2pm. and i would wake up at 7am. very little protein in my diet, def. not more than 30g/day.
with dd3 same diet, but i ahd been working out with some cardio/weights 4-5 times wk 30-45 min.

It seems to be a real mixed bag of responses. Could it be a change in activity either way that does it? I've never conceived a girl and I'm quite inactive other than chasing kids around. Only exception was my first son who was conceived when I did a very demanding physical job taking care of horses. Interestingly his wedding ring finger is just shorter than his first finger. Google it, it's a good indication of how much or how little testosterone you were exposed to in the womb. Most men's third finger is longer than the first. I reckon I was closer to conceiving a dd back then when I was skinny and working hard!

I exercised moderately (cardio). Had a terrible diet, no breakfast, small lunch and then ate so much for dinner and snacked constantly when I got home from work at 6pm and was always dehydrated. My blood glucose levels must have been awful! x
