Boy mom here with a question for you girl moms :)

What was your exercise routine like prior to conceiving your daughters? Did you use weights? were you are cardio junky? Did you do moderate exercise or were you a couch potato?

I have always been a couch potato, aside from a little walking (not fitness walking, but taking the kids/dog for a walk, pushing a stroller). I was like that when I conceived 2 girls and a boy.

I don't think I qualify as a 'girl mom' since I have three boys and only one girl, but while conceiving dd, I was a complete couch potato.

I had a much more active lifestyle when I conceived my twins. I lived in a big city and walked everywhere I went - probably up to 2 hours of fast walking a day.

I wasn't very active when I conceived ds3, though chasing twin toddlers around probably was more exercise than I think .

Yoga 5 times a week + weights, and 45 minute walks daily.

I did weight lifting and cardio (an hour of each) about 5 times a week when I conceived my girls.
(2002) (2005) from 1st marriage. TTC since Aug 2010- Dx: low sperm count and 1% normal sperm. We are giving up and moving on with a baby-free life.
UPDATE: surprise bfp in Feb 2013! It's a BOY!

    NEVER GIVE UP HOPE!
