    Wow did not take them long to set, I cut them into ****s and can swallow them whole they slide right down nicely haha.
    Question: So this would count toward the 3 tablespoon of gelatine a day and would it also count toward our juice we need to drink?

    TTC5 this is 3 packet and that's all we need to mix and drink /day so if we eat it it's all done! And we eat the juice too so I count that to the drinks. ( but Im not sure how much juice we suppose to drink a day?)

    Yes you can DEF. eat chicken! Grilling is actually recommended in the French Diet but I prefer NOT grilling it because the grilling can release chemicals that may be bad for you. Use your best judgement.

    You can kinda count that towards your day's calories as well - it's certainly carbs so you could eat jigglers with some protein for a meal/snack and cut down on some of the food, anyway!

    stake (this one is new york strip I love it well done lol) you grill it any way you like
    roasted asparagus recipeand smashed potato (same the way you like it)
    some baked beans in the back ground too

    Good idea! I have now been able to gulp down gelatin in a little pineapple juice, should I have some protein with it too?

    Yummy!!! Is smashed potato the same as mashed potato? Is that steak marinated in something?
