My diet and DH's diet
I'm new to this whole swaying thing so I'm curious.
I'm going to be changing my diet to what ya'll are suggesting for boy sways. Will my hubby's diet impact the sway?? He's military and he's trying to lose weight. Will his uber healthy eating negate what I'm going to be doing???2002

If he loses primarily pounds of fat and gains pounds of muscle, that will only help your sway. Try to make sure he doesn't lose too much too fast (will lower testosterone and sperm count) and he needs to concentrate on building/maintaining as much muscle as he possibly can.
The French Gender Diet did put the husbands on a similar diet to the wives, so if he aims to eat more sodium and potassium, that may help keep his minerals in a good place too.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
