Is it ok for DH to take Whey protein when he exercises? Will it affect my blue sway?

I would have guessed anything high in protein would be good? But then guess it depends which diet you follow hey?..

Well Whey protein is among the more alkaline protein sources, so I would think that is a + depending on which diet approach you choose. I would check to see what else it contains, as most protein powders do have other supplements in them. And check if it is sweetened with something artificial or natural. Personally I think the diet is much more a factor for us than for them so I don't worry too much about what he eats/drinks.

It may sway slightly pink, but if it's helping him stick to a boy-friendly diet, I would let him continue.

If it slightly sways pink then i'll ask him to stop taking it, he's really good at trying to do all he can for blue.

It may, because it might lower fertility (sperm count) a bit. Humans aren't designed to eat "whey proteins" in massive doses. Tell him to eat a steak instead!!!
