Indian tonic water vs club soda?

    Hi,

We have been on a blue friendly diet (as much as possible!) for a few months now and DH is wondering whether he is ok to drink tonic water?
I drink lots of club soda with lemon juice (well apart from tea it the only thing I drink now!) but DH isnt keen.

Does what men eat/drink really play that big a part in the sway? Should he be drinking club soda with me?

    Thanks!

Club soda is good for blue for both you and your dh.

Tonic water should be avoided by both, because the quinine that gives tonic water its distinctive taste can lower testosterone.
