I don't want anyone taking the Pregnancare any more. The B6 dose is SOOO high and has really messed up people's cycles.
I like a nice boring multivitamin or prenatal that has about 100% DRV for all vitamins and minerals present in it (like Women's One a Day or Centrum). Then additionally I want you to take enough Vit. D to add up to about 1000 IU and enough folic acid or folate to add up to 2000-ish mcg (that's micrograms, not milligrams!) Any brand name is fine.!!! Questions?? Hello Atomic, I am new to the forum.
Thank you so much for all your very interesting advises.
Regarding Pregnacare, if the problem is that it tends to delay the cycle, can we still use it if we use an ovulation test to chase the O date?
Because it's one of the only multivitamins that doen't contain calcium ...?

NO. The reason is that the delayed O may be swaying a particular way and may inadvertently sway pink somehow. Plus, it has megadoses of other stuff too and more is NOT BETTER when swaying blue, because poisoning yourself by taking more nutrients than your body needs is highly unlikely to help anybody's blue sway.
It is fine to leave out calcium if you must, but I would honestly rather see you guys taking nutrients separately than to take some wacky-high dose of nutrients just to avoid calcium.
Most of us on here got opposites with the mineral diets. I got my last 2 boys taking Women's One a Day Orange (the same I recommend to my blue swayers). I have a full 3 essay series on calcium and swaying and how the mineral diets make no sense here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...roversial.html!!! Questions?? Hi,
I read that l-arginine is not ok to take because it dried CM for some people.
But is it ok for DH to take l-arginine?
I bought l-arginine, l-carnitine, zinc, Coq10, vitamin D, folic acid and Fish oil for DH
and zinc, Coq10, Fish oil, Folic acid, and Vitamin D for me to use.
Thinking of getting other nutrients from HE diet rather than from multivitamin.
Please let me know if this is ok.
We are planning to ttc end of April.
Thank you

Yes ok for hubby to take arginine and carnitine.
I still want you to take a multivitamin because they did seem to sway blue.
I normally suggest 1000 IU not 2000. I prefer you guys take more than 1000 only under advice of a doctor.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
