french gender,IG, and Trivers Willard Hypothesis

from what i read it seems there is mostly info for swaying girls on the french gender diet? the only thing i found for boys was this blurb on IG. is that all the info on swaying for boys on frernch gender diet? (bc i noticed that some swayers use Ig AND french gender diet and i thought french gender was for girls only).

also is the only difference between IG and french gender just that french gender allows more foods? (more lenient, more meats, sugars, caffeine, less eggs, etc)

also ive been looking up the Trivers Willard diet. all i found on internet searches was a HYPOTHESIS, that better living conditions allow for boys. is there an actual diet that i am missing here?
    thanks!

Gizmo have you read Atomic's post re: TW, and what to eat? Here's a link to one thread where you can find it; it is the 5th post in the thread. The basic tenets of the TW approach though would be very similar to a whole foods diet. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, meat, fish 1-2x a week (preferably high omega 3 like salmon), nuts, whole milk products. This approach doesn't track minerals the way IG does, and really, there is no "bad" food, except for processed sugars. Like my beloved candy bars :-) Anyhow, there is no specific list of "you must eat this, you must not eat that" when it comes to TW.

    Here's the link:

Yes, the main difference in IG/French is French allows a wider variety of foods than the IG boy diet. That said, the IG diet factors in hormones of the foods, which French doesn't do, but the French diet and IG diet both don't include milk for boys. TW does. This IG post outlines the French foods for boys: http://www.in-gender.com/cs/forums/t/80958.aspx

Only egg whites for boys on IG, unless they've changed it.

The Trivers Willard style diet (or you may see it referred to as, a high-everything diet for a boy) is based on the Trivers Willard hypothesis and it's less a diet and more a set of principles and goals, that to conceive a boy you should eat high calorie, high protein, high fat, high sodium, and high nutrient diet and keep your blood sugar level and even by eating often. You'll not find that anywhere except on IG and here because I was the one who came up with it, based on a lot of research that I did over the last few years. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...ard-hypothesis and then I wrote up this sort of "guideline" http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...estions-Part-1 and http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...s-for-TTC-Blue These were an attempt to combine the various diets into one sort of mega-diet and I wanted to give people as much freedom as they could to eat the things they like while still swaying.

BUT a lot of people seem to want the "high-everything for blue, low-everything for pink" in the form of a diet like the other diets are, so maybe I will work on that and see what I can put together.
