    Alcohol... please answer!

Hey, I've been following the He diet as best I can for the past couple weeks, lots of potassium, salt, protein and carbs...

Today is Christmas eve and I drank quite a bit of Smirnoff ice's and palm bay's. I am worried this has ruined my sway, I was hoping to ttc in January... I've been taking supplements, planned on using preseed when dtd, now I just feel like all hope is lost for January! I even missed my supplements today. I feel like I ruined my chances. Did I?

Thank you in advance.. and a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

A one-off won't make a difference to your sway, just long as it isn't a regular occurrence. I wish you luck on your sway x

It's fine!! Firstly it's fine to have a one-off now and then (tho I prob would not do this right before attempt) but also because January is still a ways away and it will be out of your system by then anyway.
