EWCM and ovulation.

First of all I apologize if this is written anywhere on this forum and I am just too blind to see it. I am just starting my six week sway today but what I have noticed over previous months is that I only get one day of EWCM and that is useually two days before ovulation. Do I DTD/BD on the day when I get EWCM or wait until closer to ovulation when CM has either gone creamy or watery and use pre-seed?

I never really got EWCM, so I made sure to use preseed. We suggest DTD every 2-4 after AF ends. If you are using OPK's as soon as you get your positive you would DTD that day and the next morning or night and keep going until your OPK turns negative

I would normally only get EWCM for one or two days but in relation to ovulation it was always different. What I did when we swayed was as soon as I saw EWCM we had sex everyday until my ovulation test came back negative. For example I started getting EWCM on August 23rd. So we had sex and used preseed that night and then the 24th I ended up getting a positive OV test around 6pm so we had sex again. Then the 25th I had a positive OV again in the morning so we had sex again and then later that night (on the 25th) my OV test was negative. So we got in 3 attempts all while I had EWCM. I also used preseed each time for good measure. You may notice though that you have more EWCM for more days now that you are on the HE diet. Mine increased dramatically. I also drank grapefruit juice from AF-O and that also made a HUGE difference.

Thank you both for youyr replys, makes me feel a little less anxious, I had forgotten about grapefruit juice so thanks for that suggestion too

I think you shoudl take OPK and then go for 3-5 attempts at or around pos OPK.

Some people get EWCM for a week before O, others get it for only a little while, and it can change dramatically when you start swaying, so i don't think you should ever use past cycles to try and predict future results.
