    Hi blue swayers,

    If you have struggled on HE Diet with PCOS, excess weight gain, or other fertility issues, I have a new modified diet for you guys. This diet also contains variations if you are considering going HT and are perhaps a bit up in the air about it still, so you want to eat right for HT while still running a blue sway in case you go that way.
