What do you ladies eat to get protein + carbs?
Im going to start working on my diet and I was wondering if you ladies could give me some examples of protein + carb meals and snacks? Any help would be appreciated. I bought the 21 day meal plan but im just wondering what you guys eat?

I'm not a blue swayer but DH and I have a boy and we love casseroles. Grassfed beef, tons of veggies, pasta, etc. We also love Steak and potatoes or spaghetti and meat sauce or lasagna. I'm getting hungry just thinking about all the yummy boy foods!

Peanut butter on toast or Hard boiled eggs with toast for breakfast, turkey or chick salad sandwiches or pasta salad with chicken for lunch. Chicken picatta with pasta or rice, meat and potatoes, the possibilities are endless! That's why I'm a boy mom lol

breakfast I did oats with eggs, or cereal/milk, eggs and toast with turkey bacon, whey protein smoothies with fruits and veggies in it, greek yogurt
lunch was salads with chicken or turkey burgers, left overs from dinner
dinner was always a meat and potato/sweet potato or brown rice, pasta with meatballs, with lots of veggies
snacks was things like veggies and almonds, dried fruits such as apricots with peanuts, banana with peanut butter on it, greek yogurt with some fruit and nuts mixed in, rice cakes with peanut butter on it.

Snacks - cheese & chips, peanut M&M's, craisins & sunflower seeds, bulgarian yogurt & fruit, cottage cheese & pineapple, etc.
Our recipe for lunch & dinner every day is: protein, carb, fruit, & veggie so we eat that way daily.
