    Weights & walking

    Weird question, but does it count if I walk with weights? Will that still help add muscle and sway blue? I was also planning on doing 50 squats every other day.... Thx!!!!

    Should I start this now if I'm TTC in May or can I wait till next month? I'm trying to lose some weight real quick before next month..... I gained quite a bit from quiting smoking next week I can do more weight training and less walking.....
