    What "extras" are people adding to their sway?

    This time I'm really big on the HE diet, prenatal, fish oil, and building muscle. I'm debating on adding any extra things that I've read about. When I swayed two years ago (before stopping because it took too long to get pregnant!) from af-o I did gelatin, evening primrose oil, baking soda drink (sometimes). I also drank wheat grass every day. Those were difficult to sustain and that's why I'm not sure I want to add anything more, especially if it takes as long as before.

    I was thinking of adding brewers yeast because I have some here. I'm also drinking lemon water and one cup of decaf green tea. Next time I go to Costco, I might grab a large case of coconut water. I don't think I can do the gelatin and wheat grass again. They were tough to stomach sometimes.

    I would love to hear what everyone else thinks is important!

    I have been drinking grapefruit juice from cd1-O and it has been helping with EWCM

    When I had DS2 and DS1 I took vitamin D twice a week, and I always drank two cups of green tea a day with honey. Besides taking a prenatal with DHA, those were my extras.

    I hope you ladies get your sweet boy! I'm dropping off my baby boy dust for you! I'm currently pregnant with DS3 after swaying girl for my DH. My baby boy dust is the persistent kind !

    Organic ground flaxseed- I'm mixing it with pineapple juice in my shaker cup and carrying it around. Putting it in almost everything.

    Vit D drops- they're my girls' but I will take a squirt or two with them

    Aloe Vera Juice- concentrated "shot" in the am and before bed

    Coral Calcium

    Bee Propolis

    I will also take one of DH's multivitamins every now and then

    So flaxseed is good to take for women? I read conflicting things for blue sway.

    There is mixed data on flaxseed and I prefer to use EPO instead because I fel that there is more data on it and biologically it should be more reliable for blue.

    Do not do baking soda.

    No one's sway ever came down to gelatin and wheatgrass.

    I personally don't like the bee products as I do not think they're safe.

    Be careful with men's vitamins as they can sometimes have ingredients in them that may not be safe and/or are not good for a sway.

    Okay,I'll drop the men's vit but I don't think I want to drop the flax as it's really helping with EWCM plus my close friend who has 3 boys took it. ( I know there's nothing guaranteeing it would "work" for me but my gut says take it is royal jelly the lesser of two *possible* evils? And would adding EPO be overkill?

    How do we take brewers yeast? One tablespoon with juice? I was thinking of adding V8 too so I can get more vegetables.

    What do you mean the lesser of two evils? It's killed people (proven, not rumors) and does nothing that a multivitamin and fish oil isn't already doing.

    Yes, adding EPO TO flaxseed would be very much overkill and would probably sway pink. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...pink-blue.html
