    Ginger pills for MS

For those who are using this for mild MS. How frequently are u taking it and are u taking one pill or two pills at one time ?
The directions on the bottle suggest 2 pills once a day and this is what I have been doing

I was using four to five ginger jelly pills a day. And they helped a lot. I dont think do ginger can cause any harm. But it helped.

Personally, I think there are better options than ginger for morning sickness so I personally wouldn't take the chance for mild MS. It can aggravate gall bladder issues and many people have gall bladder stuff happen during pregnancy. They know so little about the effects of any of these things first of all and secondly, you never know what's in them so you may not even be getting all ginger. I would just eat regular meals and use sour candy like Jolly Ranchers if your MS is mild.

I have to say for a few weeks ginger pills were the only things getting me through the day
Nothing else helped and doctors in Germany won't prescribe anything for morning sickness.

Here's a meta-analysis of ginger and morning sickness studies. Seems like it works and has little side effects. The dose was around 1000mg a day.

The use of ginger (∼1 g daily) for at least 4 days is associated with a 5-fold likelihood of improvement in NVEP.
