Quick question for mums of girls
Did many of you stay laying down for an hour or two when you got your girlies? Or did you always jump & dump?

I still feel like an imposter answering this type of q LOL
I stayed laying flat all night when I got my girl. In retrospect I have realized that I stayed down anywhere between 15 min to several hours, for at least with at least 3 of my boy pregnancies too - I wonder if I can't get pregnant with immediate J and D because I never have.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Quick question for mums of girls
Thanks atomic, I've had two attempts 4 days apart recently, on one I did J&D after 5-10 mins but the one we managed to fit in yesterday I stayed down for 1.5 hours.
I stayed all night with my boy but then I did also have at least 3 attempts with him.
I've made a similar post elsewhere on the site so sorry to be double posting.
For this post I was after replies off mums who already have girls to find out what they did, but on my other post I was asking if a longer time laying down increases sperm count enough for one shot alone to get a boy as you are holding on to all of the swimmers and giving every one of them a chance x

I did jump and dump with all three of my pregnancies--2 boys one girl as you can see in my siggy. I can easily get preggo with jump and dump, so I need to rely on other, much stronger sway factors like diet and exercise.

It wasn't a jump & dump, more like a "I'm thirsty" lol. But my boy was the same. I need my water!

Ohh goodness. I just got a positive Opk - the day after holding swimmers in for 1.5 hours.... We both seem to get pregnant very easily, both with my boy and the baby I lost a couple of months ago which I never got round to finding out the gender. (with that baby I jumped and dumped immediately and with my boy I held them in all night on multiple attempts)
I have loads of ewcm tonight too. Uh oh.... If I do catch I just know I'm going to have a boy again! Haha.
I won't dtd now until my window is over x

You can always get a boy or a girl no matter what you do. We do think the trend is (and some stats seem to support it) that laying flat less time may be more pink friendly, but that should not ever be extrapolated to mean that you can't get (gender whatevs) or you have to do it to get (gender whatevs).
Re double posting - I honestly don't mind doubleposts except when the same poster (not you) does it again and again and again. It happens normally on accident at times, it's just that a few people do it all the time and I prefer that they don't after spending an hour answering 18 posts on the same topic from the same person. No need to apologize or worry about incidental doubleposts.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I had as boy a sway as possible when it came to sex. DTD multiple times, always deep, always O'd and always laid still after. Got a girl. Just was very LE in everything else.

Thanks Throwaway_panther. Wow I'm shocked you got a girl with all of that! Diet is a big part though I know.
I've been trying my best with the LE. I've been naughty and drinking tea though, I couldn't keep up with the coffee instead
Can you remember how long you lay down with your girl on those attempts? Xx

I successfully had my girl nearly 3 years ago thanks to an awesome plan from atomic. I have just started on Ozempic to try and lose some weight due to PCOS and it’s working well. Does anyone...
