It's fine in moderation but it does have a lot of the Omega 6 fats in it (as all vegetable sources do). I would be sure you're having more animal fats than vegetable ones.

It's the vegetable oil that's the real issue. But that having been said, the rules are different for you because you ARE a vegetarian already - and your body is totally used to this type of diet. This is more for the people who are switching from dairy TO milk replacer because they think they should do that for their sway. So they're going from eating animal fats (which their body is used to) to then having way more vegetable fats, and that sudden change may sway pink for them. Since you're already accustomed to drinking milk replacers already, it will be a totally different ball game for you to continue with your milk replacers. Especially if you add in coconut oil too, it's all good.

Ohh, okay. I think in the one in my fridge these are the ingredients:

    (Silk full fat oatmilk)
Oatmilk (filtered Water, Oat Concentrate), Sunflower Oil, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Vitamin And Mineral Blend (calcium Carbonate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2, Riboflavin [b2], Vitamin B12), Dipotassium Phosphate, Sea Salt, Gellan Gum, Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C To Protect Freshness), Natural Flavor.

And the ones I buy also frequently:

    (Oatly full fat oatmilk)
Ingredients: Oatmilk (Water, Oats), Low Erucic Acid Rapeseed Oil. Contains 2% Or Less Of: Dipotassium Phosphate, Calcium Carbonate, Tricalcium Phosphate, Sea Salt, Dicalcium Phosphate, Dha Algal Oil, Sodium Ascorbate (Antioxidant), Tocopherols (Antioxidant), Riboflavin, Vitamin A, Vitamin D2, Vitamin B12.

    (Chobani extra creamy oatmilk)
Oat Blend (water, Whole Grain Oats), Rapeseed Oil, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Sea Salt, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2 (yeast Extract), Calcium Carbonate, Gellan Gum, Tricalcium Phosphate, Dipotassium Phosphate.

    Aldi oat milk:
oat beverage (filtered water, oats), contains 2% or less of: hi oleic sunflower oil, calcium carbonate, tricalcium phosphate, sea salt, gellan gum, potassium phosphate, vitamin a palmitate, ergocalciferol (vitamin d2), riboflavin, vitamin b12.

Curious if one may be better than the other...

These are actually new within the last couple years. I only ever used milk or half and half prior. I was never a milk replacer drinker until now.

None of them jump out at me as better. They're all still the vegetable oils. I would use whichever one you prefer!
