I just started my period yesterday and be using OPK once this cycle ends.
We plan to BD EOD if not every couple days however once we get a positve OPK is that when you BD 3 times in a 24 hour period? Or do we wait?

Yes for a blue sway the aim is to BD every 2-3 days after af finishes and then once you get your +opk BD that night, the next morning and then that evening. That should give you 3 attempts in the fertile window and be very blue friendly.

Oursway is getting into NOW or NEVER territory

Oh great! That is what I plan on doing if I can convince hubby to ditch the shettles theory. Plus denying your wife sex for 2 weeks is cruel. lol

Yes exactly!
Please mention to your hubby that 2 weeks of abstain + one attempt is a strong PINK tactic and should be avoided!! Even if he can't let go of Shettles (many can't) he needs to be releasing on his own or with you, with a non-spermicide condom, every 2-4 days in the early part of the cycle, and then when that pos OPK shows up, hit it with 3 attempts, that night, again the next morning, and again the following night. (but I do think EOD or every couple days is way better!)!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
