    Exercise for trc blue

    Hi and Welcome!

For exercise, anything that doesn't seem to daunting is what I would do to start with. The things that come to mind are yoga (uses your body weight and is stretching and muscle building). There are many videos on YouTube for beginner level yoga you could start with. I did yoga with all 3 of my boys . I'm sure others will chime in!

    Good luck on your sway!!!

I would use any food can or water bottle then do some upper body excercises that you can find on youtube. I myself use a kettlebell and do yoga for fertility .

    Exercise for trc blue

It sure did! I did do cardio and weight lifting with DS1 and prior to DS2. I stopped that the 2 mo before conceiving DS2. I had a miscarriage at 10weeks and got depressed when it took a few months to get pregnant again. I only did Yoga during that time. With DS3, I was actually swaying girl but again took 8mo to get pregnant. I was doing cardio and Yoga then.

I suggest checking out Popsugar fitness and Blogilates on Youtube. They have some really good and fun body weight exercises you can do totally at home with no equipment needed.
