    Boy sway plan, need feedback 💙💙💙

    Hey everyone! I'm writing up my plan with hopes of feedback and advice. I feel like I've done so much research, but it's hard to know what to do. I need all I can get, me and my husband are great at making baby girls, we have 3! time to change some things up. Am I missing any good supplements for me or DH? Any other advice on diet? Advice for time of? Thanks everyone!This is what I've got so far
    Supplements for me starting 3 months before:
    Enfamil lipil dha
    Women's one a day
    Folic acid 2000mcg
    CoQ10 50-100 mg until BFP
    Acidophilus

    Supplements for DH:
    Men's one a day over 50+
    Quinolone mega CoQ10 ubiquinol 100mg
    Fish oil 1000mg every other day
    L-arginine 500-1000mg
    Carnitine 100 mg
    Pycogenol

    Foods:
    HE plus lemon water, wheatgrass juice, nutritional yeast flakes, brewers years, vegemite, kombucha, kefir,
    Lara or Mariana bars. Snack every 2 hours (protein and a carb)


    Time of: robitussin 2-4 tsp (200 mg) 3 x a day with full glass of water (starting 5 days before O and through O day) husband too
    Abstain 4 days before
    Baking soda douche right before dtd
    DTD once on O day, the next morning and that night.. ?

    Help?

    Well, I'm not a fan of the baking soda douche. If you must use it, I strongly recommend that you do it more like 2-4 hours before to allow your body a little time to make more EWCM to compensate for the douche.

    We have seen such good results with more than one attempt. Waiting to start 3 attempts until O day actually means that most of those attempts will not capacitate in time and you will basically be limiting yourself to one attempt. I strongly suggest you start those three attempts the day before, on O-1. Have one that night, again the next morning (O Day) and then again the following night (O Day night). This is a much better way of being sure you're in with more than one attempt.
