Got ural and folic acid today

I wasn't sure what ural to get there was the brand name and also a chemist name one.
They both have the exact same ingredients but the brand name said powder and the chemist brand said granules.
I got both.


How much folic acid should I take.
I am also taking prenatal vitamins.
There was another post with how much I should take but I can't find it.

So I would need 4 tablets a day ?

Im taking 3.200 FA just in case because we drink ural and bsd. Well Im out of ural so I started to drink hated bsd! Did not wanted but I was thinking I drink1 or a day hope it helps.

Everyone already answered you and I totally agree! Generic is just as good and take 2000 mcg minimum spread out thru the day.
