Keto for DH
Does anyone know whether my husband being on the Keto diet would hurt our boy sway? I am not on keto, just my husband.

We don't know. I suspect it may be beneficial for hubbies as long as they don't lose a massive amount of weight (some weight is ok or even good if he has some pudge to be rid of, but we don't want him to lose any muscle mass). The risks of keto for a blue sway affect you and not him and so I suspect it's a good thing but don't have the observational data to prove that.
