That is so great to hear, about ph! With my girls i usualy eat sugar, sweet and a LOT of dairy. Skip meals every day. I just have my milk in cereal now, we just decided to try that way this time ttc. I believe that lower my ph big time.
Pomegranate i think i can find, but juice - is everything but not natural. I remmebered one store with fruits and veggies, i will check tomorow for pineapples, hope they have it. Papaya even harder to find now i can find grapes, apples, pears, plums, pumpkins, lemon, oranges somewhere, avocados, grapefruit. Dry fruits also
I forgot, i had my pos opk today, cd 19, guess that green tea still have some influence, hope next cycle would be better (we are ttc next cycle, mid october)
Tons of ewcm, and i checked ph today it was little above 6.
Thank you for blue dust atomic!

Don't stress about the pineapple/papaya - remember, I do not even think you have any issues at all with your lining! I promise I never ate those fruits when I had my boys!
Pomegranate juice is better than the fresh fruit anyway (opposite of the pineapple and papaya!)
CD19 is still in normal range, not bad at all! FXFXFX!!

According to my dr measures, today when def is o day, my lining im sure is just fine. You are absolutely right! I dont go anymore this cycle to ultrasound for follicles but i will maybe go next so we can be sure everything is ok. I will prob go to another dr, which have more experience. My papa test is great, blood is fine.
Earlier this evening me and husband checked his ph (we did that months ago-he changed diet a lil bit, put healthier stuff in his meals) and is about 9!
God i hope this will work.

I read article about bd-ing but i still have some questions. Sorry
We decided to bd every other day. If we bd 8-10-12-14-16 cd, and for example i have 17 day pos opk we still should do 3 attempts, or that is too much?
Do we have to use condoms that bd before opk?

No that's not too much but you may want to stretch it by a day earlier on to be sure your husband has enough mojo to do the three attempts. So maybe more like CD 8, 11, then 14/16/17/18 kind of thing. But only if you are pretty sure you'll ovualte more like CD 17-18 and not around CD 14, because in that case you'd want more attempts prior to CD 14!

Well last few cycles it was around 18 19 and this cycle 21 cd my ovulation. That exactly is why im asking, for him to not waste all the good ones before my o day.
So if pos opk is on 19 day for example, we could bd 9-11-14-17-19night-20morning and night. That should be ok?

8 days before my husband had a fever, or alergie-not sure, but hes felling better now, should we sway this cycle? I expect my ovulation in about 20days.

Oh I think it's fine to try this month! That was plenty of time to work itself out.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
