Ramadan and blue sway?
Hi Atomic, ive been reading/following your site for a while now and was hoping to start my sway soon but it has been pushed to next year due to hubbys work commitments (
So my next dilema is that we were hoping to start ttc early next year start HE diet around March and ttc around April. My question/fear is that Ramadan begins in May next year so im assuming/obviously fasting will negatively effect the HE diet. So which means it will be better to start HE diet June and then ttc July (even though this upsets me as it pushes my sway further away) do you also think thats better for my sway? Or your thoughts of effects of fasting on swaying blue.

I would go ahead and try in April and hopefully May (f your ovulation comes early in the month). You may get pregnant and not have to worry about it! Then if you don't, we can go back onto diet in June and TTC starting in July. you will still have built up nutrients in your system from the first time on diet!

Okay thanks so its not much of a big deal as i thought to have 1 month of fasting (if i dont fall preg before) in between. Im assuming i would have to continue the diet for at least a month before ttc again aftewards?

Yes I'd do diet for 4-6 weeks after the fast.
Just don't TTC DURING Ramadan.

This will be our last baby as i have been trying to convince hubby for a third for a looong time now so im pretty sure hes getting the snip after our third so i want to give this my best shot. If i was to have my attemp first week of April (only estimating by looking at my fertility app at the moment) when should i start the HE diet? Ive been looking at the boy data results but a bit confused about how many weeks on the diet is best if i interpret correct about 6 to 8 weeks? So im planning to purchase a personalised plan January to understand/question/purchase everything and then start Feb, how does this sound?

6-8 weeks is enough time for the HE Diet.
Yes that sounds like a perfect amount of lead time!

Me again sorry, well after having a loong conversation with hubby we have decided to start ttc early January im so excited!! So hopefully i can fall pregnant within a few months so wont have to worry about having a break on HE diet in May. I have never tracke my ovulation so i will be starting this month by purchasing OPK. Can I please ask what the tuenovwr time for recieving a personalised plan is? I havent purchased it yet as we just decided to start ttc earlier.

It takes me 7-10 days to do a plan most of the time, although occasionally I can move things around if it's an emergency and you need it at the last minute.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
