TTC after a chemical pregnancy- Bad for Blue sway??
Hi all-
Im new to the forum and have made my first attempt at TTC a boy last month (September) following the HE diet and suggestions for multiple BDs etc...well, we got pregnant right away but the pregnancy did not stay and sadly, I got a negative test a few days after and my period began.
I heard this is a chemical pregnancy. Does this negatively affect our chance to TTC a Boy this month?
We were obviously so excited and then disappointed to get a positive test only to have it go away a few days later. We dont really want to wait but if its better for swaying, we will wait...

Oh I'm so sorry to hear about that.
We operate under the assumption that chemicals may sway pink. I am fairly convinced that later losses do sway pink.
However, I"ve seen enough boys conceived after a chemical (not to mention that biologically chemicals don't have the same effect on your condition and fertility as later losses do) that I don't usually bother having blue swayers skip a month due to chemicals.
That having been said it is totally up to you. If you'll live a thousand lifetimes of regret if you try this month and get an opposite then by all means skip the month. But keep in mind that swaying is like an iceberg, the stuff we see is minuscule compared to the stuff we don't see and so for all we know this may be a great month to get a boy, next month may be worse! We just can't know and so follow your gut and your heart!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I was a pink swayer and conceived in the cycle following a chemical. My DS3 is due in December :-) So I think getting pregnant after a chemical is no magic bullet at all. Good luck and I'm sending you all my tons of blue dust!

2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
