No, it has a lot of ingredients in it that are either unsafe when TTC or might sway pink.

Is it ok to get cupping done 3-4 weeks before TTC a Boy?

I am expecting to try for a baby around April 29th.

    Hi,

I am so sorry for so many questions.

I am very confused about B6.
I have read almost everywhere that B6 sways pink big all the boy friendly food is rich in B6.

Vitamin B6. Food sources: Good sources of vitamin B6 include fortified cereals, beans, poultry, fish, and some vegetables and fruits, especially dark leafy greens, papayas, oranges, and cantaloupe.

What exactly should we eat to sway blue?

Is it ok to drink goat milk when swaying blue?

Also instead of whole milk is coconut milk ok with cereal for blue sway ?

Which multivitamin is better for DH when TTC a Boy ?

    https://www.amazon.com/Mens-Daily-Mu...%2C199&sr=8-10

    https://www.amazon.com/Emerald-Labor...01&sr=8-8&th=1

Can I use the following supplements for my husband all together ?

    1) Men’s multivitamin
    2) l-carnitine 500 mg
    3) l- arginine 500 mg
    4) Folic acid 800 mcg
    5) Fish oil (salmon) every other day
    6) Vitamin D3 1000iu
    7) Zinc 25 mg every other day

    And for me

    I will be using

    1) Multivitamin for women https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LMPN210

    2) Vitamin D3 1000iu
    3) Fish oil(salmon)
    4) folic acid

    along with HE diet.

Let me know if I should add any other supplement with it

    Please let me know.
    Thank you so much

I have not seen anyone do this so I can't tell you based on observations if it sways or not.

I PROMISE you that B6 does not sway pink. We saw overwhelming numbers of BOYS conceived with B6 (I got my 4th boy taking 150 mg recommended to me on another swaying site) and at least one other major swaying site also dropped it (completely unrelated to us) because they too saw so many blue opposites to those taking it.

Cereal is the ONLY food ever shown in a legitimate scientific study (from Oxford university, no less) to ever sway gender and it swayed strongly blue. I recommend every blue swayer eat cereal, fruits, and vegetables, and most eat beans and poultry too. I ate all that stuff when I got my boys.

    Goat milk is fine.

Coconut milk is ok (by which I assume you're meaning coconut milk replacer, not "coconut milk" as is used in cooking) but I prefer you guys have full fat dairy, since the vegetable based fats in coconut milk replacer may sway pink. Coconut milk for cooking is GREAT though because it is saturated and does not have the added vegetable oils the milk replacers do.

those multivitamins are both terrible for DH. See how they have many hundreds of % of vitamins and minerals?? And they also have lots of herbal ingredients? Those are very bad for blue sways. Please get him something that has 100% of most vitamins/minerals and up to 1000 IU of Vit. D (250%) and has no herbs (lycopene is ok) I suggest Men's One A Day over 50 or Centrum over 50.

Those supplements are fine, I would prefer you simply find a multivitamin like the One a Day or Centrum that already HAS folic acid, zinc, and Vit. D in it. He doens't need more and taking excess folic acid and zinc actually may be harmful for him in the long term.

with your supps because as we talked about the D2 in the multi is not the best, D3 is best.

Some people add in probiotics (I highly recommend) for both husband and wife, and Coq10 (I don't think it's as important as the other stuff, but it's ok if you want to take that.) for both husband and wife.

Thanks a lot for the detailed answer.

I have ordered one a day 50+ for my husband after reading your message. Should I continue giving him l-carnitine and l-arginine with the multivitamin, I ordered.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...KIKX0DER&psc=1

Since I will start multivitamin for him, he doesn't need to get additional zinc, folic acid, and vitamin d3 right? Correct me if I am wrong.

For my multivitamin, is it ok to take that with additional vitamin D3 of 1000iu or do you recommend I should change my multivitamin because of D2 in it?

Please let me know which probiotics are good to take from the following?

    https://www.amazon.com/Probiotics-Fo...gateway&sr=8-8

    https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-F...ay&sr=8-1&th=1

    https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-F...82&sr=8-3&th=1

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...KIKX0DER&psc=1

Also, my husband drinks metamucil everyday and also zantac. Can he continue doing that while swaying blue?

Also since I am ordering these vitamins now and started the HE diet a week ago- is 4-5 weeks of period enough for these vitamins to get into the system since I am thinking of ttc end of April. Most likely my cycle will start on April 16 and will ovulate around end of April.

Can you also please advice which cereal is best for swaying blue?
Currently I am using Kellogg's Raisin Bran, Breakfast Cereal, With Bananas, Good Source of Fiber, 14.5 oz Box.

I am having breakfast along with HE diet and coconut water, V8, freshly squeezed orange juice and Pomegranate juice everytday.
Also consuming lots of tomatoes as well with red meat, avocados, banana a day, apple a day, pine nuts etc..

    Please let me know.

Thank you so much for your help.

Yes, since the One a Days don't have carnitine and arginine you should continue giving those to him.

Yes that's right, he does not need any extra stuff with those One a Days.

Yes if you're willing to go onto the Women's One a Day that's great, they have all the Vit. D you need in them, but they're not halal.

Any of those probiotics are fine, except the third one (which may be fine too, I just couldn't get the page to load)

I would have your husband stop Metamucil for sure if he's able to. Zantac is ok, we think, plus most people who take Zantac actually need it for severre heartburn so he should continue if he needs it.

Yes 4-5 weeks on supplements is fine esp. since you're already doing diet!

Whatver cereaal you like, as long as it's a healthy cereal (the one you are using is healthy!) The cereals to avoid are things like rice Krispies, corn flakes, or sugared cereals that have low nutrients with a lot of empty carbs in them.

    Hi,
    I have a question.

I am swaying for a boy and will try Lat week of April.
    April 15- 16 will be my CD1.

Ovulation might be between April 28 - May 1.

My question is how important is Moon phase and all these biorhythm charts, ions are in sway if you are eating HE diet.

I checked and as per biorhythms and moon phase its showing girl.

How accurate is that information? Do we really have to keep an eye on this too while swaying with diet?

Please let me know as I am really worried after seeing that

I was so looking forward to conceiving by the end of April.

Taking all my vitamins and HE diet.

Moon phase is completely unimportant. It doesn't work.

Biorhythms have been debunked in 134 (probably more by now) studies.

    Neither of these things work.
