Did I mess up my sway?
I’ve been on the HE diet for a few months but it didn’t change my ph. I was still at a 5.
I drank English black tea in the last month. We dtd every other day. So on the 8th, 10th, 12th, and 14th. I got a positive opk the afternoon of the 12th. I did use a tiny bit of baking soda finger with each attempt. (I know you don’t recommend but I’ve done it before with no problems & no problems this time and had low ph) I had egg white cervical muscous the day of 12th.

pH doesn't sway and it's really just a nuisance to check all the time. HE diet is a way better blue sway. I got two of my boys eating a very HE type diet. Good luck and blue dust!

I got my 4th boy with a pH of 4.5-5 that never went up till after I was pregnant.
In the future I would suggest not doing every other day (or at least not ONLY that) and instead having more than one attempt around positive OPK.
Good luck and blue dust!

Thank you both! At 6dpo, I’ve gotten my period. So super short luteal phase but hey, second chance to perfect it, right!

Oh gosh I'm sorry to hear that - how sure are you about when you ovulated?
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
