Things to prevent miscarriage?
Sadly my boy sway pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 10 weeks. I’m devastated and need any tips on what we should do before we try to conceive again. Thank you all

Most miscarriages are just simple bad luck - something went wrong with the egg or the sperm or the way they combined very early on. I do have a thread about losses and swaying here: https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...scarriage.html But unfortunately it's really not a question of "do this or take this or eat this magic thing and you won't have a loss." It just really isn't. The odds are good you'll go on to have a normal pregnancy the next time so I don't want you to go too far down the rabbithole of starting up tons of supplements...many of them are worse than nothing actually causing harm and higher chance of miscarriage.
So sorry for your loss.

Thanks so much atomic I was taking several things for the first time ever while trying to conceive. This go around I plan to stick to just the prenatal since that’s what I did with my two other babies. And they were just fine

What were you taking?? I want to be sure you're not dropping anything that may be beneficial, but also want to be sure you stay away from anything potentially harmful.

Well, I like you to take the extra folate anyway.
None of those things could have contributed to a loss. They're all benign and if you want a boy I'd have you definitely continue the probiotic, prenatal, 2000 mcg total folic acid, and Vit. D totaling 1000 IU.
What kind of prenatal is it?

It's just a measurement of Vit. D.
The Olly only has 400 IU so you might want to get another 500 or so and add it in (of Vit. D)

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
