Ttc a boy advice please!
Hiya ladies. I’ve taken a bit of a break from ttc and taken May to lose a bit of weight. I am a healthy bmi of 23. I have only lost 6lbs and that is enough for me to feel good to go back on the HE diet as of June and start trying for a boy in August. Is this ok? About 10 weeks between losing 6lbs and TTC. I lost the weight by still eating a very boy friendly diet just less of it and being active.
Is it advised to be gaining wait in the 6 weeks He diet before ttc? Or keeping steady?
Which exercises are good for swaying blue? Thank you

Yes it's fine, please keep eating the type of diet you were eating and try to hold steady where you are. No weight gain, just keep where you're at. I suggest doing exercise, particularly weights.
Weight gain and loss has not been predictive of whose sways work (with the exception of those who are underweight to start with.) I think you should just hold steady where you are!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
