hi atomic,
I recently found out that I have tilted cervix slightly to the right side. i knew i have tilted uterus but didn’t know to which side.
what is the best position to lay after BD, is it tummy down or to right?
thank you

oh don't worry a bit about that, it's very common. I have one too and I have four boys.
I would spend part of the time on your back, and part on your stomach. If you want to lay a while on either side, or both sides, that's fine too. In most cases back and stomach are more than sufficient but it doesn't hurt anything to roll over a couple times.
oh thank you Atomic. [emoji4]
attempt is coming up.. i will update here .

my blood flow was low comparatively this month. is this because I am walking more now? will it be effecting negatively for my boy sway? I also have cramps as I am coming to end of my period.

I can't say why - have you recently dropped any supplements you were taking, or changed your eating habits, or cut back on alcohol?
Many of us with all boys have relatively light periods naturally (in fact, I often see people with all girls having periods that are terribly long) My period is normally only three days long and I got my boys that way. when I got my daughter it did get lighter - barely there! - but we've seen plenty of people who see drastic changes in their cycles and get the opposite gender of what the theory says they "should." I have a lot of blue swayers who have 10 day periods that normalize to 5-7 days or even less with the HE Diet. This is likely caused by a lack of certain nutrients that then they start getting enough of on the diet.
Keep me posted on the cramps, this may simply be O Pains starting early.
in terms of eating habits- yea I added muesli and mix of others into my early bf. I walk to gym about 20 minutes, treadmill for about 45 minutes and then walk back, i then have my 2nd bf. lunch, sometimes evening snack if I am hungry or dinner. so one bf is an extra before i start to walk.
cramps was there for like an hour and it did go away. today is CD 7 and period stopped completely. usually i have spotting until cd 6.. but this time it stopped like day 4. I did have medium/heavy flow first and 2nd day. i just felt like it was little less than usual.. and got worried as its my attempt month. [emoji1696]
thank you so much

That sounds like a perfectly normal period to me. I would just take that as a sign your hormones are shifting! Keep up the great work and good luck this month!
thank you Atomic.
will keep you updated. we will be trying unprotected release inside from today, on every 2/3 days until day before Ovulation and then attempt -1 ,O,+1 ,+2.. does that sound alright?
