this morning It starts and I am only in my CD19
is it normal ?!
I am 39 years old
I am not taken any thing waird or suppliments
I am only take fish oil , Folic acid and Parental all once a day for 3 months

I have been more than a year trying to get pregnant

i this cycle .I went to doctor in my CD 13 she said there is only one ovum in my right ovary but it is small and she asked me to DTD next day .

I do not get more wight
I go to gym 6 days a week
left wight for 45 minutes, no cardio

for three months ,I only left wight the first two weekss until ovulation day
then I stops ,after af comes ,I start again lefting wights

It sounds to me like you have had a breakthrough bleed. Maybe that egg wasn't quite right and your body sensed that and decided to start over again. The good news is that a breakthrough bleed still acts as a period (even though it isn't a period) and will be a reset for a new cycle.

Because i have a little light bleeding ,I think may be it is not a period may be it is implantation bleeding .yesterday i made a blood test for pregnancy and it is negative

I wonder what is my ovulation day for this cycle ?!

will it change and comes before these days?

What you're describing now sounds more like midcycle spotting. That is ok as long as it doesn't keep happening, it happens sometimes. Did you end up getting your period?

Yes, your ovulation day can absolutely change. It typically won't go any earlier than CD 10, though. And it can come early in one month and then not in another month.

usually it is CD12-13
is it normal or late ?
can I get pregnant this cycle?
