I just got my AF today, and as I’ve written about it in another post, my AF always arrived late at night/early morning, but during Ramadan it came in the afternoon, the next cycle it went back to morning but not super early like before. This cycle however, it came at noon. But I was asleep till then because it’s been the holidays over the past week, so my sleeping schedule is changed-I sleep late/wake up late, unlike before I slept on time and got up at 6:30 for work.
In terms of diet I’m eating a lot of hearty and rich meals especially meat stews and broths because it’s winter, and taking supps. Why did AF come at noon then? Tmi- when I woke up and went to toilet there was nothing in my underwear, but then it sort of ‘gushed’ out of me when I sat down. I will start my attempts this cycle but should I consider this AF timing? Will it affect my boy sway?
Another Q- My husband drinks a small cup of coffee(flat white) at work, sometimes two, will this affect swaying? He also drinks a mug of black tea(with lots of full cream milk) before work and when he comes home

The time of day your period comes is really not set in stone as meaning anything. It may be because you were sleeping in. Sometimes it's the gravity that gets it started in the mornign when you get up.
The coffee/tea thing seems to only really matter for us ladies and hasn't been shown to matter with husbands. I generally have husbands switch over to coffee too if they can stand it but it's no biggie if he doesnt'. Most husbands would not do anything like that.

Thanks for the info Atomic. Since my last post DH has gotten sick, and is currently taking cold and flu tablets. Really hoping he gets well soon in a few days, but is this now going to affect sway? I still have a week of AF to go as well. Just when everything was going well lol :/ ...

Well, I'd only have him take them as short a time as he can get away with and then get off them. They should be out of his system by the time the attempt rolls around but I don't want him taking them any longer than necessary.

Thanks Atomic, and yeah definitely DH will be off the tablets soon, you can’t take them for more than 3 days anyway. But even if he stays sick for say about a week(coughing, nose congestion etc) wouldn’t that affect sperm?
I’m glad I got the flu shot but wish he did too. But it’s just the season here atm, with different viruses making their rounds.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
