Alcohol and sweetener for DH

DH likes to drink diet soda which has artificial sweeteners, is this harmful to a blue sway?

Personally I rarely drink diet soda, I usually just drink water. I have English black tea with cow's milk in the mornings 5 days a week and usually coffee with cow's milk on the weekend. Normally just one cup of day.

Also DH is now in the habit of drinking a glass of neat whisky nightly, is this a problem for blue sway? I tend to be asleep at this time so not joining him on that.

Myself I drink occassional and small amounts of alcohol, varying different drinks. I have a 2 year old to look after so can't drink large amounts

We honestly don't know about the diet soda for DH but most people would want to have him skip that if possible.

Same with the alcohol - we just don't know how much it matters. Most blue swayers would want to have him skip that or cut back to a couple times a week. Occasional alcohol use is fine for you (and him) it's just the daily we may want to be avoiding.
