HELP! ASAP! I may have screwed up!

SO. Been tracking my cycles roughly by charting CM and doing OPKs. So they have been clockwork 27-28 days. Guessing ovulating on the 13th (by opk and cm). So we've been BDing unprotected on my unfertile days to aid in the "sperm friendly climate".
Cycle day 8 we BD because I had just worked two long shifts and it slipped my mind on the cycle day. So fast forward to today, cycle day 11 and I took an opk this am. Flashing smiley. No biggie. While at work went to restroom and had lots of egg white cm. More than I've ever had. Yay swaying lol. So I come home and take another opk because that's unlike me. Boom...solid smiley. Which means I more than likely ovulate tomorrow, right? So that puts that bd 4 days before ovulation. We were going to attempt next month...as I was focusing more on working out and giving myself an extra month on the right supps.
My question is... do I say screw it and do our 3-4 attempts now this cycle? Or do I wait until next cycle and hope I don't get pregnant from this oops? Which are my odds better for?!
Been on the diet roughly for a couple months. Have put on weight. But haven't been working out much due to high metabolism. HELP!

4 days before ovulation is slim to no chance of conception. A recent study found it had one in 10,000 chance of conception.

I would just hold with what you've done since you don't want to try till month.
