The one without the dextromethorphan. Dextromethorphan is bad. But if you can find one without the Bromhexine and JUST guaifenesin even better. But Bromhexine is acceptable, just less proven

No PH isnt necessary for sways over here Its more about improving your nutrition levels and body condition for blue swayers. Have you been trying to gain any muscle at all? Storing all the extra goodness is great for blue

Not really.. i have gained weight 3 kgs as i was very small before and always eating like a baby, due to long hrs at work i dnt get time for exercise, i only go for walks

We have seen soo many pH opposites going every which way that it has become impossible for me to believe it tells us anything of importance at all.
I got my 4th boy with pH of 4.5-5 that never went up till after I was already pregnant!!
And your husband's pH is high anyway. I think you guys are good to go!

Hey that's more than what I gained before I got 3 of my 4 boys (and the other I held steady and didn't gain anything!)
Walking is good exercise as long as you don't go longer than 45 minutes at one time.
