    A supplements question

    Hey ladies.

I was looking at some multivitamins to take for my boy sway. Is the filling ok for a blue sway? Please help me! I can look for some other ones of necessary.

Seven Seas Multibionta Vitality, Multivitamin with Minerals and Biotic Cultures

I can’t seem to attach a file. But if you search google you should be able to find it. Thanks in advance!

Also. Is the following probiotic ok to take???
Obviously I will only take either the above multivitamin or the following probiotics. Not both together!

Yes, that Seven Seas is ok. Yes those probiotics are ok to take too.

Re what it says on the label, yes, that is right. The capsules have 2 billion microbes in them, and then the reason it says 10 billion is because if you had a whole gram of them it would have 10 billion. But the capsules are less than a gram.

Hey Atomic. Thank you for replying. I’ve decided to keep searching for a suitable vitamin because this seven seas one has
    150% vitamin C 120mg
    143% vitamin b6 2mg
    127% vitamin b1
    300% biotin and so on

    So more than 100% %NRV.

I’ve found one that is 100% of each vitamin and a separate probiotic which has a strength of 10 billion. Shall I go with this?

Or the vitabionta that a range of 100-150% NRV and 10 million biotic cultures within too?? Like a two in one.

Thank you so much for your time atomic. Xx

just barely though. I promise it is ok or I would not have told you it was ok!

Some of the vitamins I do not like have 800% of those things. That is absolutely fine to take, I assure you.

Either one of them is perfectly fine.

Ok great. Thanks atomic. Is it ok for the multivitamins to contain vitamin A 100% NRV when ttc? And then switch to a prenatal after bfp?

As long as you're not taking other sources of Vitamin A it's ok.

When you want to wean from one kind to another please do so gradually rather than switching suddenly.

Maybe not ALL but I think taking them occasionally is still very beneficial!! Taking them a couple times a week can still realy help a blue sway.

Thanks atomic. Can I ask what the strength of the probiotics you took with your boys was please?

What strength are other ladies taking swaying blue taking?

I’m just worried 10 billion is too much for everyday? I don’t mind taking it everyday if it’s benefits my sway. Thank you so much in advance!
